Which audio visual equipment will I need to hire?

Your exact AV requirements will be determined by three primary factors: (1) the event type; (2) the event objective(s); and (3) the event budget. If you are unsure on any of these points or wish to discuss how you can best achieve your vision, speak to one of our experienced Project Managers to discover the most cost-effective approach to achieving the desired outcome for your event.

Why should I rent or hire audio visual equipment instead of purchasing?

Although there are often budget constraints surrounding larger capital expenses for most organisations and businesses, the primary motivator for many of our valued clients is the overall convenience and flexibility of being able to hire the very latest in high-end audio visual equipment for the exact time period that it is required - all at an affordable daily, weekly or discounted longer-term rate.

In addition, there are no ongoing maintenance costs, nor is there a requirement to undertake training on how to best operate and install audiovisual equipment.

Will you set-up the audio visual equipment or can I do it myself?

It is completely up to you! One of the benefits of partnering with us is gaining access to our highly-experienced team and the support, troubleshooting and technical expertise that they deliver on a daily basis. As such, all of our audio, vision, lighting and staging equipment can be delivered, installed and operated by our specialist team for your complete peace of mind, or alternatively, you are more than welcome to pick-up, set-up, operate and return the equipment should that be your preference.
